Coach seeks Senior Manager, Fixture Development in New York. Lead millwork and fixture design initiatives for a global fashion house. $100k–$120k annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the brand with the development of new fixtures and visual merchandising props
- Work with procurement teams to solicit supplier quotations and respond to requests for information with pricing clarity
- Review shop drawings, finish samples, and prototypes; provide timely feedback in accordance with project timelines
- Maintain finish and fixture library; ensure millwork documentation is current and accessible to cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed millwork design drawings and specifications
- Actively participate in and produce presentations for weekly design meetings
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Construction, Visual Merchandising, and the Global Vendor Base on fixture initiatives
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or similar discipline
- 6+ years of relevant experience in millwork design, retail store design, architecture, or construction
- Expert knowledge of millwork-level detailing and materials
- Strong design and 3D presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities

6+ years of relevant experience in millwork design, retail store design, architecture, or construction
Education
Professional degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or similar discipline

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
