Tapestry seeks a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the consolidation of monthly close, forecast, and Board materials, manage the weekly CFO business update process, and champion new technologies to create impactful analyses and reimagine the monthly forecasting process. This strategically critical role reports to the Vice President of Global Corporate FP&A and serves as the primary business partner to Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Strategy, and global brand teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of all month-end close, monthly forecast, Board of Directors, and senior leadership materials
  • Manage the weekly CFO business update, incorporating brand feedback, market trends, and external perspectives to forecast quarterly financial outcomes
  • Champion technology usage and leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to design insightful, high-context KPI dashboards for strategic business decisions
  • Reimagine end-to-end forecasting processes by integrating new technology to improve accuracy and forecast speed
  • Serve as key FP&A business partner to the investor relations team, updating shared financial models and aligning on messaging for management reporting
  • Manage annual bonus and equity payout processes by calculating company performance versus financial targets and communicating results to stakeholders
  • Lead the global capital expenditure and real estate consolidation process and build robust reporting infrastructure for management insights
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships across functional groups and within brands

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of finance experience in high-paced, performance-driven business environments within FP&A teams, investment banking, or management consulting
  • Retail or consumer finance experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with current AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Oracle EPM knowledge a plus
  • Strategic thinking with enterprise-wide perspective
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn diverse topics
  • Strong collaborative and relationship-building capabilities across multiple organizational levels

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
