Kate Spade New York seeks Senior Manager, Demand Generation in New York to lead paid media strategy and campaigns for the global lifestyle brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaign strategies that drive brand heat and awareness with younger consumers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns
  • Build strategic and tactical media plans in partnership with media agency partners, ensuring successful and timely implementation of media testing and campaigns
  • Manage and optimize upper-funnel channels including video and display (YouTube), paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid influencer/affiliate, and publisher/partner marketing programs
  • Lead the development of creative briefs for full-funnel paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice, audience insights, and campaign objectives
  • Partner with creative, marketing, ecommerce, and channel teams to produce compelling assets tailored to each stage of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for upper-funnel success, including brand lift metrics, CPM, CPA, CPC, and engagement metrics
  • Monitor sentiment of paid social ads and derive actionable trends and insights to inform creative iterations and media mix decisions
  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and derive data-driven insights
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and performance-driven results
  • Test new platforms and formats to expand reach and improve engagement; manage risk and uncertainty in a dynamic marketing environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience building media campaigns with multi-million-dollar annual budgets
  • Firm understanding of testing and measurement methodologies including A/B testing and brand lift studies
  • Experience working with brand media metrics (CPM, CPA, CPC, VTR, and engagement KPIs)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven decisions and triangulate across different datasets
  • Demonstrated experience in retail or luxury industry preferred
  • Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills and ability to formulate conclusions
  • Outstanding attention to detail, superior communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across cross-functional teams with strong presentation skills
