Tapestry seeks a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to drive advanced analytics and AI adoption across EMEAI markets, translating insights into revenue growth for Coach and Kate Spade.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Centralize data integrity, reporting architecture and training while decentralizing insight creation; partner across functions to design data-driven analysis and tools
  • Transition from static reporting to insight generation by building interactive visualizations, dynamic dashboards and standard reports that surface leading-indicator insights
  • Perform large-scale analysis uncovering high-impact acquisition drivers, media-spend efficiency and revenue-boosting actions; translate results into clear, data-driven narratives
  • Drive organization-wide adoption of data-based measurement; measure outcomes, showcase impact and cultivate a data-first mindset across the business
  • Embed predictive models, automated reporting and AI-driven recommendations (e.g., marketing automation platform efficiency, allocation optimization) into business processes
  • Lead AI/ML pilot projects demonstrating tangible value and promote scaling of successful models across the EMEAI region
  • Collaborate with data engineering, data science and algorithm teams to innovate data sourcing, management and product solutions
  • Connect with the Global Data Analytics team to align reporting standards, share best practices and foster cross-regional data collaboration
  • Maintain data integrity and develop reusable analytics tools; provide stakeholder training enabling self-service data access
  • Track operational metrics, measure efficiency gains and drive process improvements that maximize sales, gross margin and enhance consumer journey conversion

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience in retail, eCommerce or consulting environments
  • Advanced SQL and ETL capabilities
  • Strong data visualization expertise (Tableau or comparable tool)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modelling
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of data-based measurement and translate metrics into strategic actions
  • Demonstrated experience championing automation and AI (automated pipelines, predictive models, AI-assisted tools)
  • Excellent storytelling, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of translating analytics into revenue-driving initiatives and improving gross margin
  • Ability to prioritize dynamically in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions at scale (recommendation engines, demand forecasting)
  • Familiarity with automation/orchestration platforms (Airflow, Prefect) and MLOps tooling
  • Prior success influencing global data-culture change and promoting data-centric decision-making

Experience

5+ years of hands-on analytics experience within retail, eCommerce, or consulting environments, with demonstrated expertise in translating complex data into actionable business recommendations. Prior experience driving adoption of data-based measurement frameworks, championing automation initiatives and AI implementation, and influencing organizational culture shift towards data-centric decision-making.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics, engineering or equivalent).
