Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the end-to-end consumer insights agenda to inform brand, category and channel strategies across Tapestry’s portfolio.
  • Commission, design and oversee quantitative and qualitative research (surveys, segmentation, ethnography, focus groups, brand and ad testing) and translate findings into actionable commercial recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain advanced consumer segmentation and predictive models to anticipate demand drivers and optimize assortment, pricing and marketing investments.
  • Synthesize disparate data sources (commerce, CRM, third‑party panels, web analytics) to create unified consumer views and executive-ready dashboards.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Product, Ecommerce, CRM and Media teams to ensure insights are embedded into planning, creative development and channel activation.
  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of insights analysts and external research partners; manage vendor selection, scopes of work and SOW budgets.
  • Present complex analyses and strategic implications to senior stakeholders and executive leadership, tailoring recommendations for commercial impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to convert consumer research into commercial strategies that drive brand growth and customer lifetime value.
  • Track record of leading mixed-methods research programs and developing robust consumer segmentation frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within a matrixed retail or fashion environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external research agencies and negotiating SOWs and vendor partnerships.
  • High level of business acumen with the capacity to influence senior leadership through clear storytelling and prioritized recommendations.
