Tapestry seeks a Senior Facilities Manager in Jacksonville, FL to lead maintenance and facilities teams at its fulfillment center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead 24/7 maintenance and facilities operations for the Jacksonville fulfillment center, ensuring building systems (electric, water, HVAC, air, conveyor and MHE) operate reliably and safely.
  • Supervise and develop several facilities supervisors across multiple shifts; establish goals, metrics and performance standards for a team of ~10–12 direct reports and ~30 indirect reports.
  • Own preventative maintenance, repairs and uptime targets; define and implement maintenance standards and SOPs for MHE and facility equipment.
  • Manage capital and facility projects end-to-end, including renovations, refurbishments, installations and expansion work; oversee contractor selection and contract negotiations (janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, etc.).
  • Develop FC maintenance capacity models and leverage continuous improvement methodologies to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with DC operations, IT, Procurement, Engineering and Finance to align maintenance priorities and support business initiatives.
  • Support deployment of new equipment and technology systems and provide thought leadership on facilities-related initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in facility management and industrial maintenance, preferably within warehouse or distribution center environments.
  • Proven track record developing and managing salaried and hourly maintenance leaders and multi-shift teams.
  • Direct responsibility for capital budgets and demonstrated financial analysis capability to support investment decisions.
  • Practical experience designing and implementing maintenance standards programs and SOPs.
  • Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement projects and applying lean principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to cross-functional stakeholders.
