Role & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
