Tapestry, Inc. seeks Senior Director, Inclusion & Culture to lead culture transformation and employee engagement across Coach and Kate Spade brands globally.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and communicate the vision and multi-year roadmap for inclusion and culture across Tapestry's global brand portfolio, translating company strategy and values into tangible, lived experiences
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and accountability frameworks to measure culture and inclusion impact across brands and regions
  • Own the enterprise employee listening strategy—including engagement surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and always-on feedback channels—and build infrastructure to translate insights into action
  • Lead a global team of three and strategically evolve Tapestry's Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) ecosystem
  • Design, scale, and oversee global volunteering and community engagement programs that deepen employee connection to organizational purpose
  • Create experiences that build connection, pride, and a strong sense of belonging across the house of brands
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on inclusion, belonging, and culture transformation initiatives
  • Partner with global HR and leadership teams to embed inclusive behaviors into performance management, leadership expectations, development planning, and people processes
  • Collaborate with Communications to develop a culture communications strategy that amplifies organizational values and reflects the diversity of the workforce

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of professional experience in business, with demonstrated expertise in Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Culture, Transformation, or Inclusion & Diversity
  • Demonstrated acumen in inclusion and culture-building best practices on a global scale
  • Proven track record designing culture strategies at enterprise scale and leading organizational transformation—not solely program delivery
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and engaging large-scale town halls
  • Experience leading EBRG/ERG strategy and linking employee community groups to measurable business outcomes
  • Skilled at using data and analytics to shape strategy and build business cases for culture investment with senior executives
  • Global mindset with cultural fluency to activate programs across diverse geographies and employee populations
  • Creative thinker who translates big ideas into executable plans and distinguishes activity from impact

12+ years of professional experience in a business setting, with a strong background in Culture, Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development, or a related field. Proven success designing enterprise-scale culture strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and organizational transformation. Experience leading global teams and collaborating across multiple business functions and geographies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Culture, Transformation, Inclusion & Diversity, or a related discipline (preferred).

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 180,000 to USD 215,000 per annum.
