Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead a comprehensive, measurable global equity, inclusion and diversity (EID/DEI) strategy aligned to business objectives across multiple brands and regions.
- Partner with executive leadership, HR, talent acquisition, product and retail teams to embed equity and inclusion into talent practices, leadership development and go-to-market activities.
- Develop and track global DEI metrics and dashboards; translate people analytics into prioritized interventions and measurable outcomes.
- Design and scale learning programmes, bias mitigation initiatives and inclusive leadership development across levels and geographies.
- Oversee employee resource groups (ERGs), global volunteer networks and community partnerships; advise on governance and chartering.
- Manage a distributed DEI team, external consultants and vendor relationships; own programme budgets and vendor selection.
- Provide counsel to senior leaders on complex inclusion-related issues, change management and communications during organisational initiatives.
- Ensure DEI programmes reflect intersectional and regional nuances while maintaining global coherence and compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in DEI, human resources or related organisational development roles, ideally within consumer goods, retail or luxury brands.
- Track record of designing and delivering global DEI strategies that produced measurable improvements in representation, engagement or retention.
- Proven ability to influence and build partnerships with C-suite executives and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Experience managing teams, external consultants and programme budgets across multiple geographies.
- Deep familiarity with DEI measurement frameworks, people analytics and change-management methodologies.

Experience
Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience in diversity, equity and inclusion, organisational development or senior HR roles, with substantial experience designing and implementing global programmes in matrixed, multi-brand organisations; experience in luxury fashion or retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MA, MBA or equivalent) in organisational psychology, human resources, business or a related discipline preferred.
