Tapestry is a New York–based house of modern luxury, uniting the distinctive worlds of Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. As an employer, the group offers the scale and sophistication of a global fashion leader while preserving the creative spirit and heritage of its iconic brands. Tapestry cultivates an inclusive, purpose-driven culture where design, craftsmanship, digital innovation, and commercial excellence intersect. Its teams are encouraged to think boldly, grow continuously, and contribute to a more responsible future for fashion, making Tapestry a compelling environment for talent seeking impact, creativity, and international opportunity.

Tapestry is seeking a Senior Data Analytics Analyst for a global role applying advanced analytics, data science, and AI to business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience. The analyst will partner with teams across merchandising, marketing, digital, supply chain, retail, and finance, developing models, dashboards, automated reporting, and AI agents. Base pay is $115,000–$125,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid parental leave, commuter benefits, disability insurance, and tuition assistance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support data integrity, reporting standards, tools architecture, and training; partner across functions to build data-driven analyses, models, and tools for self-service insights.
  • Shift from static reporting to insight generation by building interactive dashboards, dynamic visualizations, and standardized management reports that surface leading-indicator insights.
  • Conduct large-scale analyses of demand and acquisition drivers, media-spend efficiency, and actions that increase revenue and margin; translate findings into clear, data-driven narratives for senior business audiences.
  • Support organization-wide analytics adoption by tracking outcomes, documenting impact, and promoting a data-first mindset in planning and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain predictive models, automated reporting, and AI-driven recommendations, including demand forecasting, allocation optimization, and marketing-spend efficiency, and embed them in core business processes.
  • Develop AI agents to automate analytical workflows, including performance commentary, report generation, anomaly detection, and self-service business Q&A.
  • Execute AI/ML and agentic pilot projects, quantify their value, and help scale successful automation and AI solutions globally.
  • Collaborate with data-engineering, data-science, and algorithm teams to improve data sourcing, management, and analytics-product solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Global Data Analytics team on reporting standards, best practices, and cross-regional data collaboration.
  • Maintain data integrity, develop reusable analytics tools, and support stakeholder training so teams can rely on accurate, self-service data.
  • Track key business and operational metrics, measure efficiency, and recommend process improvements that maximize sales and gross margin, improve the consumer journey and conversion, and focus the organization on value-creating levers.

Qualifications

  • Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for data analytics.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on analytics experience; retail, e-commerce, consumer, or consulting experience is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of core business metrics, unit economics, and management reporting.
  • Experience applying AI/ML and agentic solutions to forecasting, personalization, or automated reporting.
  • Advanced SQL and ETL skills.
  • Strong data-visualization expertise using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse, and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and modeling.
  • Demonstrated AI experience applying machine learning, LLMs, and/or generative AI to business problems.
  • Exposure to building AI agents and agentic workflows, such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or comparable tools, to automate analysis and decision support.
  • Ability to translate business metrics into clear, actionable recommendations and support adoption of data-based measurement.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, and relationship-building skills with business stakeholders.
  • Track record of analyses that improved revenue, gross margin, or process efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize dynamically in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
  • Familiarity with automation or orchestration platforms such as Airflow and Prefect, and MLOps/LLMOps tooling is preferred.
  • Experience with retail or consumer businesses and global, multi-market operations is preferred.
