Tapestry, Inc. seeks Senior Coordinator, Real Estate in New York to manage real estate pipeline and portfolio across Coach and Kate Spade brands. Full-time role managing store development transactions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and track real estate pipeline components, including site opportunities, key deal terms, and critical milestones across new store development and existing portfolio; monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and escalate as needed
  • Leverage cross-functional relationships to gather and synthesize due diligence inputs for upcoming projects, ensuring accurate and timely sales projections that inform real estate decisions
  • Develop working knowledge of portfolio performance and market dynamics; compile insights on occupancy, center updates, and trends to support leasing discussions and site selection
  • Own preparation and coordination of materials for brand and weekly business development meetings, including setting agendas, identifying key discussion topics, and delivering decision-oriented presentations
  • Maintain and continuously improve Real Estate Trackers and Store Database Reports, ensuring data integrity and usability
  • Coordinate timelines and key deliverables for new site development and existing store transactions from LOI through lease execution; independently track progress and drive next steps
  • Responsible for submission of GE coversheets and construction budget requests, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Proactively compile and tailor materials for market tours, ensuring content reflects key business drivers and supports strategic decision-making
  • Organize and maintain the team's real estate database, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and relevance of key documents
  • Act as key point of coordination across internal teams, building relationships to efficiently advance projects and resolve issues
  • Compile and organize material for landlord meetings, including portfolio overviews and brand presentations incorporating relevant insights
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for industry events with high level of ownership, ensuring readiness and alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-4 years minimum experience, preferably in retail and/or real estate
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment with strong multitasking capability and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated accountability and ownership
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
