Tapestry seeks a Senior Brand Marketing Manager in Seoul to lead brand strategy and integrated campaigns for its portfolio brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the brand marketing strategy for the Korea market in alignment with global brand positioning and regional priorities.
- Plan, brief and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring consistency of visual identity and messaging.
- Manage agency partners and creative vendors — from selection through to delivery — ensuring highest quality and on‑time execution.
- Own annual marketing budgets, forecast spend, track ROI and optimize media allocation to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with ecommerce, retail, product, and commercial teams to drive omni‑channel activation and convert brand equity into sales.
- Lead local PR, influencer and experiential programs to elevate brand awareness and cultural relevance in Korea.
- Establish measurement frameworks and report campaign performance, customer insights and market learnings to regional and global stakeholders.
- Coach and develop junior marketers; act as the primary liaison between local market and global brand/creative teams.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to translate global brand positioning into locally relevant marketing programs.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience mentoring or managing a team.
- Demonstrated capability in agency management, budget ownership and commercial accountability.
- Excellent strategic planning and creative brief development skills.
- Capacity to work effectively with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams in a matrix environment.
- Fluent business acumen with a metrics‑driven approach to planning and optimization.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury or premium consumer goods; demonstrable track record leading integrated campaigns, managing agencies and owning marketing P&L in a market role.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred but not required.
