Role & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for design and creative roles across Coach, Kate Spade, and Tapestry, partnering closely with hiring managers and design leadership.
- Proactively source, engage, and convert passive design talent; build and maintain long-term pipelines across disciplines and brands.
- Review and evaluate creative portfolios with a discerning eye for technical skill, brand fit, and creative readiness.
- Develop and manage early-career outreach and partnerships with non‑traditional and traditional schools, studios, and community organizations to expand talent access.
- Analyze applicant and pipeline data (schools, majors, sourcing channels, conversion trends) to inform sourcing and hiring strategy.
- Support employer branding and storytelling targeted to the design community, including content for social platforms and talent-facing materials.
- Flex to support creative-adjacent hiring needs and contribute to research and cross-brand initiatives that elevate internal creative communities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong preference for background in fashion, design, or creative disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to review and assess creative portfolios and translate creative evaluation into hiring decisions.
- Proven track record of proactive sourcing and building sustainable talent pipelines.
- Experience developing partnerships with schools, institutions, or external organizations to support early- and emerging-career talent.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous creative environment with strong judgment and follow-through.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools; advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables) preferred.
- Familiarity with Canva or equivalent for creation of employer-branding and talent-facing content preferred.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, ideally recruiting within fashion, design, or other creative industries; demonstrable experience evaluating creative portfolios and developing early-career pipelines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Fashion/Design, Business, or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
