Tapestry seeks a Senior Analyst, Retail Technology in New York to drive global store technology transformation through POS, RFID, and endpoint management expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support deployment and configuration of retail technologies including cloud-based POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and payment terminals across global store environments
- Administer and support endpoint management across iOS, Windows, and macOS devices using Intune and Jamf platforms
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, VBS) to improve operational efficiency and system reliability in production environments
- Implement and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access policies for secure identity and access management
- Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS requirements and security compliance guidelines when managing store technology systems and configurations
- Contribute to project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog updates, and deliverable tracking
- Participate in pilot programs and assist in scaling solutions across global regions
- Collaborate with global teams across regions, functions, and time zones to support consistent technology delivery
- Provide operational support for production systems, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Use AI-assisted tools and data-driven insights to identify trends, improve support processes, accelerate issue triage, and enhance operational decision-making
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Windows scripting (PowerShell and VBS in production environments)
- Demonstrated expertise with Entra ID / Azure AD and Conditional Access policies
- Proficiency with endpoint management platforms (Intune and Jamf)
- Familiarity with retail systems including POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile device ecosystems
- Experience with store hardware configuration and rollout processes
- Foundational understanding of PCI-DSS standards and secure device management practices
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project-based delivery
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to translate technical tasks for stakeholders
- Experience supporting retail or store technology environments
- Proven ability to work effectively within a global, matrixed organization

Experience
The candidate should demonstrate 5+ years of progressive experience in retail technology, IT operations, or endpoint management environments. Proven experience supporting complex retail or store technology ecosystems is essential. The successful individual should exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Exposure to AI-enabled tools and platforms, along with practical curiosity about emerging technologies, is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable technical expertise and operational acumen.
