Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Operations business partner for Asia-based supply chain sites, advising regional leaders on HR programs and workforce strategy.
- Design, deliver and maintain HR analytics, dashboards and regular reporting to inform headcount planning, attrition, labour cost and productivity metrics.
- Own implementation and continuous improvement of people operations processes across the region, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and corporate policy.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities in collaboration with local HR teams — onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers and separations.
- Coordinate with payroll, benefits and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing of compensation and statutory requirements.
- Lead or contribute to regional HR projects and change initiatives (organisational restructures, policy rollouts, L&D interventions) with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to site HR representatives and managers on employee relations issues, escalation protocols and case management.
- Ensure consistent application of Tapestry people programs and competencies across supply chain operations in Asia, driving employee engagement and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within people operations, HR analytics or HR business partnering; experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with HRIS platforms and delivering HR reporting and analytics.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior operational leaders across cultures and geographies.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws in one or more Asia markets and experience ensuring HR compliance in multi-jurisdiction contexts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex people data clearly and persuasively.

Experience
At least 4–6 years of HR experience with progressively responsible roles in people operations, HR analytics or HR business partnering. Prior exposure to supply chain, manufacturing or operations environments and multi-country HR operations in Asia is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related field.
