Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics in New York, NY — lead measurement, campaign analytics and insights for the global brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate paid, owned and earned marketing performance across channels.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting to translate marketing performance into actionable insights for brand and commercial teams.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and attribution modeling to quantify ROI, inform media allocation and optimize campaign tactics.
  • Partner with marketing, e‑commerce and product teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches and testable hypotheses.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate experimentation efforts; define test designs, analyze results and provide pragmatic recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity by partnering with analytics engineering and data teams on instrumentation, tagging and ETL validation.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders; craft data-driven narratives that influence decision-making.
  • Support ongoing initiatives to operationalize insights into marketing planning, forecasting and budget optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, prescriptive insights for commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong competency in experimental design, attribution approaches and marketing measurement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage data quality issues and work cross-functionally with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 102,482 to USD 106,000 per annum.
