Tapestry seeks Senior Analyst, Logistics & Fulfillment in Singapore. Lead supply chain operations, analytics, and optimization across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality, and service KPIs across fulfillment operations and logistics partners
- Investigate service gaps and operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions with logistics partners
- Provide early visibility of operational, capacity, cost, compliance, and business continuity risks to stakeholders
- Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, and cost performance data, transforming operational metrics into actionable insights and trends
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to accelerate analysis, enhance reporting efficiency, and support executive decision-making
- Challenge data quality, reporting assumptions, and KPI methodologies to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Partner with logistics providers to enhance dashboards, reporting, and end-to-end supply chain visibility
- Track forecast accuracy and support peak season planning including labor, space, and throughput requirements
- Validate warehouse, transportation, customs, and logistics charges against agreed rates and supporting documentation
- Analyze cost drivers and identify optimization opportunities across supply chain operations
- Support process improvement initiatives, automation projects, systems enhancements, and SOP development
- Prepare operational reviews and performance scorecards for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate risks, insights, and required actions in a timely and effective manner to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for data analysis and insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to interpret large operational datasets
- Proven ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations and drive improvement
- Understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and supply chain performance metrics
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing warehouse operators and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) preferred
- Experience in fashion, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce environments preferred; luxury or premium retail experience an advantage
