Tapestry (Coach) seeks a Senior Analyst, Global Brand Analytics in New York — lead consumer analytics, forecasting and AI-driven insights.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and operationalize scalable analytics solutions including automated reporting, forecasting and insight generation to reduce manual workflows and accelerate speed to insight.
  • Analyze sales, consumer and digital datasets to identify drivers of performance and quantify the impact of brand growth initiatives; translate results into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
  • Own and evolve the global consumer forecasting model, applying advanced analytical methods to improve accuracy and adaptability to changing business conditions.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance workflows, automate repetitive processes and extract deeper insights that improve decision quality at scale.
  • Partner with Data Analytics and engineering teams to productionize analytics solutions and integrate them into dashboards and self-serve tools used across the organization.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery of analytics across the organization, promoting more efficient, scalable and impactful ways of working.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital, consumer or marketing analytics (or closely related analytic roles).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with SQL are required.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or advanced analytics tools to enhance analyses, automate workflows and drive business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize analytics at scale, including automated reporting, forecasting and dashboarding.
  • Exceptional analytical problem solving, critical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to balance deep-dive analysis and strategic business questions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capacity to translate complex analytical concepts into succinct, action-oriented narratives.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid change; able to prioritize and deliver in dynamic environments.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data science, applied mathematics, marketing or a related quantitative field; a master’s degree or equivalent advanced training is preferred.
