Coach seeks Senior Analyst, FP&A in New York to manage financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional business partnerships. $80K–$90K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage accurate financial forecast models in collaboration with business partners, incorporating business-development costs such as rent and depreciation, as well as customer care and operational expenses
- Explain key variances, business trends, and performance drivers through clear and accurate reporting; prepare ad hoc analyses to support business partners and business unit finance teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Transportation, Store Construction, Customer Care, Facilities, and Lease teams to address FP&A objectives and financial planning requirements
- Identify and support cost-saving initiatives and expense management opportunities across the organization
- Build and maintain driver-based forecast models that improve accuracy and enable more agile business planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant FP&A or financial planning and analysis work experience
- Proven P&L budgeting and forecasting experience, with demonstrated ability to build driver-based forecast models
- Proven ability to drive and implement change while supporting profitable growth
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP and PBCS is desirable
- Capital planning and asset depreciation knowledge is a plus

2-5+ years of relevant FP&A or financial planning experience, demonstrating proficiency in P&L budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners in a fast-paced environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
