Tapestry Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits in Singapore. Lead regional rewards strategy, manage mobility programs, and oversee vendor relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in annual compensation and benefits surveys and monitor market trends to ensure Tapestry maintains competitive pay positioning and benefit offerings
- Develop proposals and pay recommendations for complex cases in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, including mobility options and comprehensive analysis
- Manage the Asia mobility program, including offer proposals, coordination with HR business partners, tax consulting firms, mobility vendors, and employee support
- Participate in annual insurance and flexible benefits renewal processes for Asia markets
- Manage compensation and benefits vendors, including mobility service providers, income tax vendors, pension administrators, and benefits and wellness partners
- Manage the annual compensation review process as a core project team member, ensuring leaders are prepared for performance reviews, bonus payouts, communications, and total compensation statements
- Support equity program administration and manage equity income statement submissions to meet local tax compliance requirements
- Monitor the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend enhancements and policy updates to optimize employee engagement
- Execute regional projects related to rewards and total compensation strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 2–3 years in rewards, finance, or HR functions)
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with diverse international stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong customer service orientation and client focus with sound judgment
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is advantageous
- Detailed understanding of compensation and benefits administration
- Familiarity with employee mobility and international assignment programs is highly valued
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements across Asia-Pacific markets
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, human resources, or finance. Prior experience managing mobility programs or international assignments is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; equivalent professional experience is acceptable.
