Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; maintain inventory accuracy through timely put-away and cycle counts.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient replenishment and rapid access to merchandise for the sales floor.
- Replenish sales floor merchandise, execute visual merchandising directives, and prepare product for presentation.
- Operate box trucks for inter-store/warehouse deliveries when required; ensure safe loading/unloading and proper documentation.
- Support POS transactions and assist sales team with customer service and styling when needed.
- Collaborate with store leadership to prioritize stock flow during high-traffic periods and promotional events.
- Follow brand standards for presentation, storage, and loss-prevention procedures; perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with prior experience operating a box truck is required.
- Prior retail and/or stockroom experience with demonstrated proficiency in merchandising and inventory tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills; ability to assist customers and communicate effectively with the sales team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
- Capable of performing physical requirements of the role: lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail and stockroom experience is required; prior experience driving a box truck is mandatory. Experience supporting high-volume, seasonal retail operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
