Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with confident, informed product counsel and warm hospitality.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase wallet share.
- Drive sales through storytelling, active listening and relationship-building; guide customers through purchase decisions and checkout.
- Maintain operational standards including POS transactions, sales-floor replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and support social media initiatives to extend customer reach.
- Perform physical tasks as required: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and manage visual and inventory duties.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience working in a retail environment; luxury or fashion retail preferred.
