Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and product confidence; build rapport through attentive, consultative service.
• Assess customer needs via active listening and targeted questions, then provide personalised styling advice and complete-look suggestions.
• Demonstrate product attributes across categories and creatively showcase multiple ways to wear merchandise to inspire additional purchases.
• Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections; guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, accurate POS transactions and visual presentation of product.
• Adopt omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques; support social media engagement and digital clienteling as required.
• Give and receive constructive feedback; participate in team initiatives to meet store targets and peak‑period demand.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritise under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Social media awareness and openness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Availability for a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, holidays and peak trading periods.
• Ability to perform physical retail duties, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier lifts.

Skills

Experience

Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, retail or visual merchandising is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
