Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Create personalised client experiences through styling, product knowledge and informed fashion advice to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools, capture customer data and use social selling (including short-form video) to stimulate online and repeat purchases.
  • Manage daily retail operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap procedures and follow POS/asset-protection policies.
  • Support inventory and visual merchandising cycles: receive shipments, replenish stock, and ensure sales floor and stockroom organisation.
  • Balance multiple customers on the floor with high energy and adaptability; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Practical experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
  • Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Social-media savvy with preferred experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations and clienteling for data acquisition.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
