Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly; assess needs through active listening and targeted questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and suggestive selling of add-ons and complementary items.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment, merchandising and floor standards.
- Demonstrate omni-channel awareness by supporting virtual selling and social media-driven customer engagement.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and general stockroom duties.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; candidates with fashion or accessories retail background and demonstrated sales performance are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or fashion-related coursework a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
