Tapestry seeks SAP Retail Manager in Singapore to lead platform governance, AI solutions, and retail transformation across Asia within the global SAP Center of Excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as Asia Retail domain owner within the global SAP Center of Excellence
- Lead SAP Retail, CAR, and omnichannel solution governance and delivery across the region
- Drive AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision making
- Lead integration strategy across SAP Retail, CAR, POS, OMS, WMS, eCommerce, and third-party platforms
- Ensure master data consistency, production stability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, finance, and digital commerce teams
- Mentor team members and promote innovation culture across the organization
- Manage vendors and global support partners while enforcing solution standards
Qualifications
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail and cloud retail solutions
- Proven experience with AI-enabled retail solutions and intelligent automation
- Knowledge of Generative AI applications for operations and analytics
- Familiarity with modern integration platforms, APIs, and event-driven architecture
- Track record in enterprise digital transformation leadership
- Strategic agility and ability to anticipate future trends in retail technology
- Experience developing and mentoring teams
- Strong capability in building effective cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
Extensive experience in SAP retail technology implementation and governance, with demonstrated success leading retail digital transformation initiatives. Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments across retail operations, supply chain, and digital commerce. Track record of driving enterprise-scale technology adoption and innovation in fast-paced, global organizations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certification in SAP Retail or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
