Tapestry seeks SAP Order-to-Cash Manager in Singapore to lead digital transformation across Asia-Pacific markets with S/4HANA expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead design, configuration, implementation and optimization of SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple Asia-Pacific markets
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver innovative, scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Drive end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA, CAR, OMS, POS, WMS, EDI, APIs and external retail platforms
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation and predictive analytics to improve OTC processes and operational efficiency
- Lead resolution of complex cross-system integration and data consistency issues affecting business operations
- Collaborate with development teams on enhancements, debugging, performance tuning and technical architecture design
- Manage testing, deployment, hypercare and continuous improvement activities across regional deployments
- Provide leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management across regional and global teams and matrix organizations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of demonstrated SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) or Commerce Account Receivable (CAR) experience
- Proven track record of leading SAP implementations and rollouts in complex retail environments
- Strong S/4HANA integration expertise across retail ecosystems and omnichannel platforms
- Experience driving cross-functional transformation initiatives and organizational change
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with automation and AI-enabled business solutions preferred
- Ability to work effectively within global Centers of Excellence (COE) and matrix organizational structures
Skills
Experience
8+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash, Sales & Distribution, or Commerce Account Receivable experience in retail or consumer goods environments, with proven leadership in large-scale SAP implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple markets or regions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Professional) strongly preferred.
