Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and perform cash/media handling in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process, reconcile and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local social media engagement as a brand ambassador.
  • Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; partner with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention and safety guidelines; perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; ability to use iPad, laptop and internet-based tools; comfortable using walkie talkie and reading price/product release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
