Coach in Wrentham, MA seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to operate POS, support customers and manage inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales floor activity and respond to customer requests; suggest add-ons and promote gift cards when appropriate.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist with social media engagement as a local brand ambassador.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of iPad/Mobile POS and internet-enabled devices.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales). Experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or product training preferred.
