Coach in Tulalip, WA seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom operations and client service at the Seattle Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and ensure stockroom cleanliness and safety.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support floor moves to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Support sales activities by suggesting add-ons, promoting gift cards, capturing permitted customer information and assisting with social media engagement when directed.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and housekeeping standards while collaborating with teammates and management to respond to customer requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
- Proven cash handling accuracy and knowledge of cash register/POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales). Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
