Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; welcome clients and anticipate their needs.
• Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and comply with cash handling procedures.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
• Manage stock replenishment, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain the sales floor presentation standards.
• Promote add-on sales (gift cards, complementary items) and capture customer information where permitted.
• Support store social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store housekeeping standards; assist teammates and management as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of fashion trends and awareness of local competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS workflows; ability to use iPad and laptop for store tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform stockroom physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail, visual merchandising or customer service training preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
