Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap, and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process, and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support sales floor activities and customer requests; suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and locally, including support of social media engagement when required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and procedures.
• Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS technology; basic computer literacy including use of iPad/laptop and internet.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service capabilities.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Capability to perform physical tasks required by the role (lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling).

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience in cashiering, stock management, or sales; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
