Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in accordance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
• Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates as directed.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, promote add-on products and capture permitted customer data.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, including supporting social media engagement when required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, comply with Loss Prevention guidelines and assist with loss-control procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and awareness of local market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; capable of using iPad, laptop and Internet-enabled tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience with cashiering, stocking or sales responsibilities; luxury retail experience is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
