Role & Responsibilities

• Operate POS and manage the cash wrap accurately; handle cash/media and follow company cash-handling procedures.
• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service to build long-term relationships.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support sales-floor activities—respond to customer requests, suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and adhere to Loss Prevention and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer/tablet use (iPad, laptop, internet).
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; experience as a cashier or stock associate is acceptable. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
