Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with professionalism and deliver personalized assistance to enhance the customer experience at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in strict compliance with store policy, and maintain a tidy, organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process, and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
• Monitor and replenish sales-floor stock levels; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture permitted customer information, and support local brand representation including social media engagement.
• Support loss prevention procedures and partner with sales associates and management to respond to customer requests and peak-store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stocking or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop, walkie talkie, and internet-enabled tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom, or sales). Experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
