Coach — Sales Support Associate (Part-time) in Orlando, FL. Support sales floor, POS, inventory and customer service for Coach Orlando South.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, anticipating client needs and creating lasting impressions.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in accordance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and stock integrity.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support the sales floor during peak periods, respond to customer enquiries, suggest add-ons and promote gift cards, capturing customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to loss-prevention procedures and assist with local brand representation including social media engagement as required.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register/POS systems and mobile POS workflows; competent using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills with strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel and manoeuvre in salesfloor/stockroom spaces.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience; experience in luxury retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
