Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media per policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process, and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and assist with visual merchandising updates and fixture resets.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, promote add-on items and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Uphold housekeeping and presentation standards and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and locally, supporting social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash register/POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic laptop/Internet use; able to operate a walkie talkie and interpret price/product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform routine physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience

At least one year of retail experience is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
