Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Recommend add‑on items and gift cards, capture permitted customer information, and support social media/brand ambassador activities in the local market.
- Support floor sales activity, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and safety guidelines while performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing) as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
- Proven cash handling and POS operation experience with strict attention to accuracy and loss prevention.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask during high‑traffic periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail seasons; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stocking or sales—preferred; luxury or premium retail background is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED preferred; additional retail or customer‑service training a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
