Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
  • Operate POS systems and Mobile POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
  • Process incoming shipments and transfers, reconcile discrepancies, maintain an orderly stockroom and replenish the sales floor.
  • Support visual merchandising updates and execute floor replenishment to maintain brand presentation standards.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand/social engagement.
  • Adhere to loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and stock areas.
  • Assist the sales team with customer requests and collaborate with management to meet store performance objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the local marketplace.
  • Proficiency operating POS and Mobile POS devices, familiarity with cash register systems and basic computing (iPad/laptop/Internet).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales and stockroom areas.

Experience
