Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service.
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage the cash wrap, and handle cash/media in accordance with company policy.
- Receive, process, and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support store presentation standards.
- Support the sales floor by responding to customer requests, recommending add‑ons and promoting gift cards and client capture where permitted.
- Uphold housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards; follow all safety and security procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador in‑store and within the local market, supporting social media engagement as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales); luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and point‑of‑sale operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred. Combination of relevant education and experience accepted.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
