Coach in New York (Soho) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service for in-store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized service.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and follow all safety procedures.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador and support in-store social media engagement when requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie talkie and internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated customer service and cash-handling experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
