Coach Sales Support Associate — Nashville, TN. Part-time retail role at Coach Opry Mills focused on POS, stock processing and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance to enhance the customer experience.
- Operate point-of-sale accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and perform cash/media handling in strict compliance with store policy.
- Receive, unpack, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order and cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand presence including social media engagement.
- Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests and partner with sales team or management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines and perform physical tasks including lifting and stockroom manoeuvres.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience preferred), ideally within a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and awareness of competitive marketplace activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop, walkie talkie and basic internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

At least one year of prior retail experience is preferred, with cashier, stockroom or customer-facing sales experience; luxury retail background is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
