Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation and process cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising directives and seasonal updates.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture permitted customer information to support clienteling efforts.
• Support store social media engagement as a local brand ambassador and assist with floor activities in partnership with the sales team.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and loss-prevention guidelines; safely lift and move merchandise as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales) — luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Familiarity with cash register systems, iPad/Mobile POS, basic computer and internet use, and two‑way radio (walkie talkie).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service aptitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; stoop, bend and climb as necessary.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, with cashiering, stockroom or direct sales experience preferred; luxury retail background is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
