Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Munich, Germany — join the Tapestry retail team supporting POS, stock and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS accurately, handle cash and media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organized and presentable cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage stock levels and replenishment of the sales floor; assist with visual merchandising updates and housekeeping standards.
- Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
- Support the sales floor during peak periods, respond confidently to customer queries and collaborate with store management and colleagues.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and contribute to a secure retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency, including use of iPad, laptop and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU roles).

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock or sales); experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant vocational retail or customer-service training is an asset.
