Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy, efficient stockroom.
• Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; promote add-on products and gift cards and capture customer data where permitted.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention procedures to protect inventory and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency, including use of iPad, laptop and Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver throughout the store and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom duties in a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail, customer service or sales training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
