Coach — Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Miami, FL. Support cash wrap, process shipments, and maintain the sales floor for The Falls store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcome and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, handle cash and payment media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards across the sales floor.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information when permitted to support clienteling and sales goals.
- Support loss prevention procedures and collaborate with sales associates and management to respond to customer requests or operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Knowledge of cash register/POS systems and basic computer skills; comfortable using iPad, Mobile POS and walkie talkie.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience; hands-on cashier and stockroom experience preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Miami, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
