Coach in McAllen, TX seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom operations and customer service at La Plaza.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with professionalism and anticipate needs to deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom clean and orderly.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates, and support store presentations.
- Suggest add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand representation including social engagement.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards; assist teammates and management during peak periods and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- Working knowledge of retail cash register systems, Mobile POS, and basic computer/iPad skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience including cashiering, stockroom operations or sales; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in McAllen, Texas, USA, with easy access to San Antonio.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
