Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalised assistance.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; handle cash, card and other media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain an orderly, efficient stockroom.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand engagement, including social media initiatives.
• Support loss prevention procedures and partner with store management to respond to customer requests and store priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably in a premium or luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
• Working knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with POS and cash register systems; comfortable using iPad, laptop and Mobile POS devices; able to operate walkie-talkie.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.

Skills

Experience

At least one year of retail experience is required, ideally including cashiering and stockroom duties; prior exposure to luxury retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and related retail experience accepted.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
