Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets) to support POS, inventory and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a high-standard branded experience at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; handle cash and payment media in full compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
- Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
- Support general sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with colleagues and management to meet store objectives.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven knowledge of cash register/POS systems and basic computer competence (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience across cashier, stockroom or sales functions; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred but not required. Combinations of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, merchandising or hospitality is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
