Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate in Leesburg, Virginia — part-time role at Leesburg Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain an organized cash wrap and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; support social media engagement and in-store brand initiatives.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute basic visual merchandising updates as directed.
- Support sales floor activities by responding to customer requests and partnering with colleagues and management.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
- Demonstrated customer service and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and POS operations; proficiency with iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet-based tools; ability to use a walkie talkie and read price/product release sheets.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak season dates and public holidays as required by store business needs.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment, with hands-on cashier and stockroom duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or vocational training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
